No Questions Asked Return Policy
First things first. We want to thank you sincerely for your purchase from Trendy Glasses. As a small family-owned and operated business, we truly value and appreciate your patronage. We realize you have many, many options when it comes to buying reading glasses, so we are extremely happy you decided to shop with us!
Now, here are the details of our “No Questions Asked” Return policy:
You may return your readers order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping charges) for any reason, no questions asked. *
Returned readers must be in as-new and saleable condition, and free of user defects. Reading glasses that are clearly abused or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, however, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect pair/pairs), or the result of a legitimate factory defect, Trendy Glasses will pay the return shipping costs.
Your refund will be processed within 24 after we have received your return.
If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order status using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” Menu, and click on the “Return Item(s)” button.
Returns can be shipped back to us at: TRENDY GLASSES RETURNS, 1214 STRYKER AVE, WEST ST PAUL, MN 55118.
We will notify you of your refund via email, once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
